This opportunity is a part-time position responsible for screening and receiving visitors, welcoming and directing clients, accepting deliveries, light office administration, help with inventory of office and facility supplies (including kitchen needs). Help maintain a neat and orderly kitchen and supply area. Assist with photocopying and scanning when needed, help with ordering/cleaning up team catered lunches/weekly gatherings and administrative assistance to the Business Administration Manager and the overall team. When needed, assist with logistics/set-up of office meetings, company all hands and events when assigned.
- Bachelors Degree
- Office work experience preferred
- Familiarity with googledocs and gmail calendar
