The Part-time Regional Screening Specialist provides health screening assessments for members and employees. Working closely with the Sr. Manager of Screening Execution, the Part-time Regional Screening Specialist will help ensure that screening events are successful, health information is accurate and secure, and customers are satisfied. Screening Specialists are expected to model healthy lifestyles and have high integrity. This position will oversee and deliver Biometric Screenings to client employees in their area. This is a part-time position based out of your home office. A laptop and all necessary training will be provided. The position will require travel up to 100% of the time both locally and regionally during peak busy times.
Performs screening tests and biometric assessments, and provides post-screening consultations
Leads and assists with screening event activities by loading/unloading supplies, transporting equipment, setting-up screening sites and organizing screening materials and handouts
Ensures the privacy and confidentiality of participants and their health information
Assists with data-entry
Travels to local and regional screening events and will cover their state and surrounding areas.
Maintains a thorough knowledge of applicable Viverae policies and procedures
Miscellaneous special delivery projects and duties as assigned
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in health promotion or related field; or be a CMA, RN, LVN, EMT, or the equivalent with appropriate current certification/ licensure in the state of practice
Minimum of 1 year demonstrated experience in providing health screening services
Current CPR and First Aid certifications
Demonstrated proficiency in performing screening tests and biometric assessments, including finger-sticks, blood pressures and body composition analyses
Willing and able to travel to local/regional events
Excellent communication skills
Home office location within one hour drive from the required city listed
Flexibility to work part-time as needed schedule
