Work Schedule:
Approximately 2 – 4 full days per week depending on work load, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., Monday – Friday. Up to 1,000 hours per year.

Job Summary:
To provide district-wide student registration services.

Essential Functions:
Provide registration information regarding educational courses, procedures, events, and activities. Communicate with Current and prospective students, parents, faculty, staff, and the general public via telephone. Process credit and non-credit registration requests including drop/add, and special registrations such as court ordered, post-secondary, career advantage, and cross enrollment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent. Customer service and general office experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of current software applications. Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain a professional working relationship with a wide variety of individuals coming from diverse backgrounds.

Desirable Qualifications:
Experience in secondary or post-secondary educational setting.

Salary Information:
$12.25 per hour
