Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

o Manage and coordinate all activities related to identification of training needs to include classrooms and labs (configuration and facilitation equipment), capacity plans, resource plans, instructor sourcing, training planning, forecast training agenda as needed
o May manage the training facility to include all maintenance needs, utilities (HVAC, elec., gas, phone), contacts with all suppliers (janitorial, grounds keeping, etc.)
o Work with Program Manager to ensure new and modified courses are added to database for scheduling
o Maintain master resource schedule for all training delivery assignments
o Check enrollments on a daily basis and flag courses with low class fill to the training leader and operations primes
o Make decisions on schedule changes based on input from regional and in-country primes
o Manage scheduling, registration, wait list, class fill and revenue tracking
o Ensure all resource requirements are in place at the right time to meet customer requests for training delivery
o Identify deficiencies in resources to training leader and support development plans once new resources are identified

Specific Knowledge/Skills

**** Candidate will work 3 days or 60% per work week ***

o Demonstrate problem solving and critical thinking skills
o Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
o Ability to multi-task
o Familiar with Learning Organization and key Learning Organization training audiences
