This is a great opportunity for students currently enrolled in technical programs. The role will work closely with Mixpo’s IT staff to triage major support issues, deal with daily break / fix items, and empower our employees by providing great technical support. Expect to work 20hrs/week.
Experience with Microsoft Windows 7 and Mac OS X (application installation, updates, troubleshooting, e-mail, and networking)
Familiarity with Microsoft Active Directory
Familiarity of general network and telecom cabling concepts
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds occasionally
Positive and helpful demeanor
Nice to have:
Technical Degree (currently enrolled is acceptable)
A+, Network+ or other certifications
Familiarity with Microsoft Exchange, Lync and SharePoint as an end user
Experience with operation of spyware and antivirus tools
Experience with VMware Fusion
