The Part-time Customer Care Representative position is a part-time position approx. 20-25 hours per week from the hours of 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday. This position is primarily responsible for receiving and responding to a high volume of customer comments via live calls, fax, email, and letters. Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

· Answering customer questions and concerns in an accurate and timely manner.

· Ensure that all information is entered into the customer care database and sent to the proper departments, franchisees and/or field staff.

HS diploma or GED required and 1+ years of related customer service/high volume call center experience preferred. Strong typing and/or computer skills are required.
