NY Philharmonic seeks one (1) part-time Customer Relations Representative to answer phones; provide customer service to general public on phone and in person at customer relations window; process orders; handle money/balance sales transactions at end of day; work with box office staff; perform general clerical work and miscellaneous duties as required.
We require previous customer service experience; excellent communications and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and handle stressful situations professionally; Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and math skills. The ability to work a rotating schedule that includes nights, weekends and holidays is essential. Computerized ticketing call center or box office experience preferred. Knowledge of classical music a plus.
