Job Description Summary
Part-time instructor for a multi-site college in the University System of Georgia. Reporting to the Dean of the Division of Mathematics, the part-time instructor is responsible for preparing for and delivering instruction for courses in learning support mathematics, credit mathematics, or computer skills.

Key Qualifications
Master’s degree with at least 18 semester hours of graduate-level mathematics courses; available to teach day, evening, or weekend course sections at one or more of the college instructional sites.

Key Responsibilities
Manage courses through systematic use of syllabi; keep accurate records of students’ class performance, attendance, and grades; adopt and implement common course objectives; attend part-time faculty orientation prior to the beginning of the semester; participate in assessment of student learning outcomes.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to use technology, including Microsoft Office, TI graphing calculators, and learning management system software
