Part-time Project Management Coordinator (Morristown, NJ)
Duties: -Assist Project Manager with documentation requirements for project/client contracts, subcontracts and other procurement duties, including completion and tracking of forms, compliance status updates, QA/QC of documents, and associated, necessary controls. Emphasis will be placed on attention to detail. Flexible schedule on an as needed basis.
Requirements: At least 1 year experience in preparing, checking and maintaining business records (including hard copy forms and electronic file systems).
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe software.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
