Scarborough Research, the nation's premier source for consumer insights is looking for talented individuals to join the team at our Coral Springs, FL, Operations Center as a part-time Scanning Operator. We measure the shopping patterns, lifestyles and media habits of consumers locally, regionally and nationally. From retail outlets to home improvement stores to cellular phone preferences to travel, Scarborough measurements detail the dynamic lives of American adults. Note: The person in this position must be able to work 4-5 hours per day, 5 days a week during regular business hours. Primary Responsibilities: • Prepare documents (i.e. booklet, re-contacts and mailings) for scanning.• Scan batches of returned documents.• Clean and maintain scanning equipment.• Create and perform quality control checks on scanning templates and related files.• Meet scheduled production deadlines.• Maintain scanning logs and reports. Secondary Responsibilities: • Perform other duties and projects as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications/Skills/Abilities: • High school graduate with 2+ yrs of office work experience, or 5 yrs office work experience. • Basic computer operation knowledge is essential. • Must have strong oral and written communications skills. • Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Must be able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously. • Must work well with others. • Must be able to lift and carry 35 lbs as part of a regular routine. • Must be capable of working with equipment cleaning solvents.
