We have an outstanding opportunity for a successful Field Engagement Manager working with HDS. The ideal candidate will have experience in working with HDS field sales, field based marketing programs, managing virtual and cross functional teams, and excel in navigating unstructured environments. Individual must have a strong track record for being a self-starter and over achiever along with strong communication and influencing skills. The candidate must reside in the Pleasanton, CA area.

Position Responsibilities include :
Responsible for the overall relationship between HDS and CommVault across all segments and verticals for the Western 12 states.

Builds relationships with HDS, insuring maximum mindshare and improved clear understanding of CommVault solutions.

Develop mutually-beneficial annual and quarterly business plans with HDS and CommVault stakeholders, outlining goals, objectives, strategy, actions, resources and tests.

Plans and executes lead generation activities with HDS, insuring maximum return on investment, consistency with CommVault messaging, coordination with CommVault’s AVP of the West, Regional Partner Account Managers, CommVault field sales teams and HDS field sales teams.

Monitors overall forecast and key opportunities to insure proper progress towards timely closure occurs. Takes responsibility for removal of obstacles relating to CommVault’s and HDS business processes.

Bachelor's degree or applicable job experience.

Up to 75% travel is a requirement for this position.

Strong complex-business issue management solving skills.

Knowledge of server and storage management software is preferred.
