Position Summary:

PARTNER MANAGER -OPERATIONS

The partner manager of operations is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring successful execution of strategic partner initiatives. This individual will engage with the the Partner, Rafter product, engineering, operations, supply, and sales team to enable and support critical programs. The ideal candidate is a confident, organized multi-tasker, who is comfortable partnering with individuals from all levels of an organization, enjoys working cross functionally and most importantly can build trust with Rafter partners by delivering executional excellence..

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Directly support key strategic relationships by driving execution of initiatives and partnership process improvements
  • Become go-to partner expert, lead partner support launches, and build strong working relationships with internal cross-functional points such as: Product Management, Engineering, Sales
  • Directly support key strategic relationships by driving execution of initiatives and partnership process improvements
  • Have a core understanding of strategic partnership goals, as well as what each entity is driving to accomplish
  • Create clarity, and provide solutions to business and technical obstacles
  • Manage the operational planning, action steps and tasks necessary to achieve successful execution of strategic initiatives
  • Analyze the fundamental components of problems and communicate the correct course of action to the partner and internal team
  • Identify key organizational capabilities, resources, and time required to implement solutions, highlighting the trade offs of each proposed solution
  • Communicate and Manage the resolution of any issues/roadblocks that arise in execution
Minimum Requirements:
  • Must posses a strong business acumen
  • Must demonstrate experience in understanding the big picture and applying good judgement, even in unplanned interactions
  • Proven experience executing by considering among many different options or processes when solving problems.
  • Must be able to lead and influence
  • Very strong verbal and written communication capabilities with all levels within an organization.
  • Expert in creating clarity, providing business solutions, and promoting a partnership 'team' environment
  • Most demonstrate experience in adapt in a rapidly changing environment, work effectively under pressure in a business that is in a hyper growth mode.
  • Relationship management experience and excellent presentation skills are a plus
