The Partner Program Manager, Team Lead will manage a small team of marketing and learning associates and serves as a strategic partner to internal clients. This person will provide consulting on marketing, learning and social business solutions to assist in meeting business objectives. They will need to be a creative thinker and connector to people, resources and processes. He/she will leverage marketing and learning best practices, critical thinking and relationships to achieve positive outcomes for the Cerner brand. This position will understand key Cerner initiatives and growth opportunities and must possess an ability to interact successfully at the executive level.
The Partner Program Manager, Team Lead will be expected to lead and execute complex projects working collaboratively with other teams. He/she will balance strategic planning, project management and consulting with the application of process improvement, market research and industry best practices to deliver positive outcomes.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Consultation, design and execution of program(s) that align with corporate and organizational imperatives.
Conduct organizational needs analysis to determine strategic program direction.
Collaborate with organization leadership to determine vision, objectives, and program strategy.
Manage and coordinate resources, which may include people, data, processes, and/or financial plan.
Research and evaluate new processes, methods, practices and/or materials related to area of domain expertise.
Initiate and develop relationships with internal and external constituencies and provide consultative services and support.
Navigate the Cerner organization to execute program events and tasks.
Develop, maintain and take accountability for program metrics and outcomes reporting to demonstrate value of program(s).
Identify process improvements and make recommendations for program redesign.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or education (or related area)
5+ years of marketing, education and/or business experience
Account management and/or experience working with and managing client relationships
Consulting experience or proven strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive work ethic, analytical and self-motivated
Strong project and time management skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment
Thinks creatively and uses resources effectively to solve problems
Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Experience leading a team and/or coaching others
Experience working within healthcare or technology-focused industries
