Responsibilities include providing timely and accurate interview and data entry of pre-reg, registrations, scheduling, precerts/authorization and insurance verifications information for all services. They must be able to assist patients with obtaining information and directions throughout the health system, The candidate must have excellent customer service skills. Communicate in a manner consistent with the goals and objectives, while Mission and core values are incorporated and practiced.
