Create a comfortable and welcoming environment for our patients.
Greet patients, maintain records, and schedule follow-up appointments.
Ensure confidentiality by completing and safeguarding medical records.
Provide quality patient care, excellent communication, and customer service care to convert patients seeking Lasik into appointments.
Schedule Lasik procedures by verifying times with patients, preparing charts, handling pre-admission and consent forms.
Counsel patients on their financing/payment options.
Receive and secure payments from patients.
Assists with other duties in the center as necessary.
Effective written and oral communication skills are a must!
Retail sales experience is preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Strong computer skills.
Open to change and willing to take on additional responsibilities as necessary.
