Responsible for testing the accuracy of time and payroll configuration via a thorough testing strategy created, documented, and executed upon by incumbent. Individual will also serve as a tier 3 solution advisor to the payroll team, ESC, and the DSS, offering accurate recommendations to complex time and payroll related issues as they arise. Provides assistance to the department in the areas of program administration, information and report generation, and administrative support as needed. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.
Analyzing, Developing and executing of QA strategy and plan.
Leading development and execution of testing scenarios and scripts as well as efficiently and thoroughly performing testing.
Reviewing testing documentation to ensure its accuracy and encompasses the full breadth of testing necessary.
Providing QA work estimates to the Payroll Tech Team Supervisor/Senior Mgr for inclusion into detailed project schedule, project costs, and timelines.
Identifying and coordinating the resolution of testing issues, bugs and risks.
Ensuring processes and quality standards are followed.
Understand and apply the knowledge payroll and time clusters
Assists in the entry, maintenance, review, and audit of all time and payroll data housed in HCM module.
Assists in technical projects related to data integrity and HR-related systems workflow.
Strong organizational skills resulting in the ability to work on several projects and tasks simultaneously.
Answers initial payroll/time-related questions proposed by employees of all levels of the organization in a timely fashion
Supports rollout, communication, and training for annual systems processes such as mid year support pack or enhancement pack applications.
Provides training, as required, for payroll related system users and assists in the development of user procedures, guidelines, and documentation.
Supports efforts to maintain accurate master data. Extracts data and provides analysis of master and transactional data.

- Bachelors Degree or Equivalent
- Generally requires 2-5 years related experience
2-5 years SAP time and payroll QA experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills
Strong Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power Point skills required
Payroll knowledge of wage and hour payroll practices a must.
Software experiences include Excel, Word, and SAP Payroll products highly desirable
