Responsible for management and coordination of the delivery of educational, recreational, cultural, social, and other co-curricular programs. Oversee activities of 50 active student organizations and the 150+ activities planned annually. Chair or participate in college wide events/committees including Family/Homecoming weekend, Lecture Series, First year experience, Pre-orientation, Orientation, and Diversity. Responsible for marketing, web presence and risk management protocols. Develop grant/funding requests. Provide budget oversight of Campus Life general funds and activity fee allotment. Hire, train, supervise and evaluates staff. Typically requires a Master’s degree plus three years of work related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with strong interpersonal, organizational and facilitating skills are essential. Strong computer proficiency and a valid driver’s license are necessary. Weekend and evening work will be required.
