The Children’s Hospital Primary Care Center is looking for a candidate with excellent customer service skills to work in a very busy clinical setting.
Scheduling, receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for appointments or procedures
Escorting patients through the practice (undergoing construction for the next 9 months)
Assisting administrative staff with mailings, faxes, filing, etc,
Answering, screening and routing telephone calls
Administrative experience working in a clinical setting.
Work requires the analytical skills and judgment to interpret data and take appropriate action in circumstances and situations that vary.
Work requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and provide empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
Work requires strong attention to details, commitment to excellence and strong planning and organizational skills, using time efficiently and prioritizing and coordinating tasks appropriately.
