We are seeking individuals with 2+ years’ experience in an administrative role to join our team of recruitment support specialists. Team members can be offered anywhere from 0-40 hours of work per week with many weeks averaging 20-30 hours. You can accept or decline projects as needed to fit into your personal schedule.
The selected candidates will support our team of recruiters who are located throughout the US with a variety of tasks related to the recruitment process. This could include sourcing candidates using various job boards, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking systems, creating spreadsheets to track candidates and other related duties.
Must have (requirements):
A home office
PC with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
High-speed Internet
Strong technical aptitude to navigate a variety of computer systems
Effective communication (verbal and written) and excellent follow-up skills
Bachelor’s degree
preferred
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical or recruitment industries
preferred
LLC desired.
We offer a pay rate of $15 per hour.
