Nurses Make It Possible
Ranked #7 in the nation, #1 in New York City
in the U.S. News & World Report “America’s Top Hospitals” survey.
Each year, over 14,800 patients are admitted to our 16 ICUs for critical care. We house one of the nation’s largest centers for pediatric surgery, the most active heart transplant program in the U.S., two Level I adult trauma centers, and more. For patients, it’s a high-tech, high-compassion environment. For ambitious nurses, it’s a transformative career.
Nurses use the latest monitoring technology and work closely with high profile medical leaders. Our supportive environment fosters collegial respect, and recently earned record high patient AND employee satisfaction scores. With flexible scheduling, shared governance and nurse autonomy, we’ve created an incredible culture where patients come first, and people come together.
