The Registered Nurse will provide specialized, professional nursing care to health normal volunteer research patients with unusual and distinctive medical problems. Activities will include: providing direct, individualized care to research patients who are participating in research protocols, data collection, sharing duties as a charge nurse, and contributing to the CTRC’s continuous quality improvement program.
Education and Experience
License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of North Carolina. BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required and must be proficient with IV insertions. Some research or critical care nursing experience preferred.
