Responsible for researching, reviewing and submitting Building Permit Applications to associated jurisdictions for the County or City for various Markets. General duties performed by the Permitting Coordinator include, but not limited to: gathering requirements for submitting Building Permit Applications, making calls, sending emails for jurisdiction requirements. Organizing the Permit and Zoning Requirements and following through with the approval process and obtaining the permits. Other duties include Tracking and Organizing Purchase Orders, Entering and Organizing Data, Perform Leasing Duties, Updating Project Manager Trackers, Uploading and Downloading Site Plans, Construction Drawings, Photos and Permits to appropriate servers and websites.
To be considered for this job, candidates may be required to have the following skills and experience: Microsoft Office Experience including Word, Excel and Outlook is required
Permitting , Zoning, Leasing Experience is preferred
Prefer Highly motivated trainable individuals with excellent organizational/communications skills.
Ability to clearly and effectively present information and respond to questions from groups within and outside the Company.
