Capital Concierge is searching for a part-time personal assistant to assist in managing the daily tasks of busy professionals in the South Tampa area. We are seeking someone who is experienced, professional, highly organized, an excellent multi-tasker, and who has an upbeat, friendly attitude.
In this role, you will be assisting our clients with handling tasks such as grocery shopping, errands, scheduling and supervising contractors in client’s home or business, coordinate home improvement projects, organize, research and compare products/services, check on home while client is away, take vehicles in for repair or detail, general home checks, replace and care for plants, pet sitting, arrange activities for out of town guests, ship packages, accept deliveries, tidy parts of home, administrative projects, spreadsheet tracking and more. Hours will vary in this position. The range is currently between 20 – 50 hours per month. Ongoing opportunities may arise if assistant would like to work more. This is a contract position.
To be considered, you must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of two years experience as a concierge, personal assistant or lifestyle manager to executive level client/supervisor
Must reside in the South Tampa area
Excellent professional and personal character references
Must submit to a full background check and drug testing
Must have a passion for helping people!
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer and Internet savvy, proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Punctual
Excellent multi-tasker
Knowledgeable about Tampa culture and events
Strong attention to detail
Highly organized
Excellent driving record and current driver’s license/auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Confidential. Must sign a confidentiality agreement
Must be able to complete client tasks in a timely manner, at times with very short notice
Must complete and pass Excellence in Training Program
