Typical responsibilities:
  • Organizing the CEO's email and calendar, ensuring he is where he needs to be, when he needs to be
  • Meeting coordination
  • Booking travel
  • Grabbing breakfast or lunch and other personal items
The company is a fast growing start-up in the high-tech industry with 40+ employees. The culture is young and hip and the role is part time, about 20 hours per week.
