Regular, Full-Time, Limited Term (termination date of 06/30/2015), RCUH Non-Civil Service position with the University of Hawaii at Hilo (UHH), College of Pharmacy, Pharm2Pharm Project, located in Hilo, Hawaii. Continuation of employment is dependent upon program/operational needs, satisfactory work performance, availability of funds, and compliance with applicable Federal/State laws.


DUTIES: Assists with, supports, and coordinates all aspects of the Pharm2Pharm project plan, including pharmacist training, model implementation and evaluation, sponsor reports, stakeholder communications and conferences, and contracts management. Works closely with all project team members to ensure smooth daily project operations and serves as the staff support liaison to all project partners. Acts as the first point of contact for project issues, and assists with timely and appropriate triage to other team members and resolution.

PRIMARY QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION/TRAINING: High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. EXPERIENCE: One to three (1-3) years of experience working on federally funded grants. ABIL/KNOW/SKILLS: Knowledge of healthcare and project management. High proficiency in Microsoft Office, webinar technology, and in one (1) or more web-based documents management tools. PHYSICAL/MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift and carry up to thirty-five (35) pounds. POLICY AND/OR REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS: As a condition of employment, incumbent will be subject to all applicable RCUH policies and procedures and as applicable subject to University of Hawaii's and/or business entity's policies and procedures. SECONDARY QUALIFICATIONS: Associate’s Degree from an accredited community college in social sciences, public health, health services, and/or business administration. Project management experience. Proven ability to produce multiple deliverables under tight deadlines and on budget. Superior communications and customer service skills.
