Department: Specialty Pharmacy

Assists staff in a variety of tasks that help maintain proper work flow and meet time sensitive deadlines within the pharmacy department.

Essential Functions:
Labels incoming faxes in the RightFax application to help ensure critical DER turn-around timeframes are met.

Logs, researches, and processes Direct Member Reimbursements received by the pharmacy department.

Logs and processes medical claims received by the department.

Assists with processing of DERs using the Peradigm and WHI applications.

Organizes a variety of administrative and clinical task and prioritizes job tasks in order of importance and impact on members and providers.

Performs special projects as assigned.

Must be able to lift semi-heavy packages


High School Graduate

0-6 months experience in an office environment that allowed for attention to detail and the ability to work within timelines.


Special Skills (e.g. 2


Ability to evaulate information from both oral and written sources

Technical Skills/Requirements:
Use of Microsoft products such as Word, Excel and email.
