Must be at least 18 years of age and a high school graduate or equivalent. College courses desirable.
Must have a Wyoming State Pharmacy Technician license, or apply to the Board for a training permit within ten (10) calendar days of starting on-the-job training. Strongly prefer at least one-year hospital or retail pharmacy experience.
Must have knowledge (through training or experience) in providing pharmacy functions for pediatric patients, age 0-17; adult patients, age 18-64, and geriatric patients, age 65+ or attain within 90 days of employment.
Must be able to withstand the stresses and demands of the position.
Must be able to communicate and comprehend accurately and effectively in English through both written and verbal correspondence.
Must be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals.
Must have basic computer skills.
Must be able to work accurately with attention to detail within specified times. Must be able to handle frequent interruptions and changes to workload and work schedule.
