Job Description: Provide excellent customer service to all of Kilgore's patients, in store and on the phone. Assist the pharmacist in the refilling and packaging of prescription medications. Process computer insurance claims, field phone calls and ring out patients at the register and in the drive thru.
Skills: Ability to multitask and work at a rapid pace while incorporating superior customer service and critical thinking.
Requirements: Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent, history of providing excellent customer service in a fast paced retail environment, pharmacy experience is highly recommended, ability to pass and maintain a finger print background check for the duration of employment.
Wages & Benefits: Hourly wage will be based upon experience. Medical, dental, vacation, paid holidays, long term disability and 401K benefits package accompany full time wage.
