Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is
required.

Valid Texas drivers license with no more than 3
moving violations in the past 3 years is required.

Must possess at least one of the following:
1. Certificate of completion from an accredited
Phlebotomy program or currently enrolled.

2. Two years Phlebotomy experience in a full
service lab.

ASCP or NCA National Certification for Phlebotomy
preferred
