Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Take high volume, inbound customer calls
· Respond to internet and live chat inquiries via email, phone and live chat scripts/templates
· Provide requested information to customer or transfer the call to the dealership
· Set sales appointments
· Update CRM tracking system (DealerSocket) with notes
· Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show
· Assist in training of others
· Participate in group process improvement discussions and develop positive working relationships with teammates, BDC Manager, sales teams and dealership management
· All other duties, tasks and /or projects as assigned

Full-time days, one evening a week and rotating Friday/ Saturday.


$12.00/ hour + $10.00 incentive for each appointment that shows.

Minimum Qualifications:
At least 1 year of prior customer service experience
· Previous experience working in a fast paced, demanding environment
· Proficient use of DealerSocket and strong data entry, preferred
· Effective spoken and written communication skills
· Ability to follow procedures and use provided scripts
· Team player attitude
· Prompt and courteous
· Strong attention to detail
