This position is located in Otay Ranch.
8-hour shift: 7:30 am to 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday; no weekends.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy school required.
- Current California licensed Physical Therapist required.
- Current CPR certification required.
- One (1) to two (2) years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
- Verbal and written communication skills required
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a variety of patients in a busy outpatient clinic emphasizing high quality, efficiency, teamwork and patient satisfaction. Evaluate and treat an average of 13 patients per day and will complete evaluations and treatments within 30 minutes. Complete appropriate daily documentation and billing. Will assist with the supervision and training of department PT Aides. In addition to patient care, there are opportunities for program development and community outreach. Will provide goal oriented treatment and discharge planning. Candidate must be motivated to contribute to our dynamic rehab team, while helping to make this the best place to work and receive care.
We are an outpatient clinic located in the Otay Ranch development of Chula Vista. We have a caring and professional atmosphere, and are serious about helping people return to their lives. Great opportunity to work with a diverse patient population including orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and pelvic floor patients. Great opportunity for continuing education and program development. We currently have 6 PT's, and 1 Speech Therapist.
