Specialty Clinic Practice Director
(Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner)
You will be the clinic director and lead clinician treating men who suffer from various disease processes related to low testosterone. Essential job duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Direct patient interactions and treatments of low testosterone through defined, established, and peer-reviewed protocol; along with full evaluation of the root cause of this condition.
Performs comprehensive physical examinations, diagnostic tests, and obtains additional information from patients, consultants, and private physicians, in order to arrive at a diagnosis and plan of care.
Assess patient health by interviewing patients; performing physical examinations; obtaining, updating, and studying medical histories.
Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records.
Provide continuity of care by developing and implementing patient management plans.
Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Supervisory oversight of three center employees, and monitoring the lab for accurate calibrations and controls.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Do you have what it takes?
Our ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to provide quality care in a fast-paced, team environment. Additional qualifications include:
Masters degree or graduation from an educational program that meets qualifications established by the state licensing board and approved by the Accreditation Review Commission on Education for the Physician Assistant (ARC-PA).
Active PA-C or NP license in good standing for the state of practice
5+ years of professional experience in a patient centered, high volume practice
Must have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
