Reconciles sign in sheets received from provider coverage coordinators for each facility

Prepares physician payroll control sheets

Coordinates with Data Input Specialist regarding the issuance of the physician payroll checks

Prepares monthly physician payroll accrual journal entries

Prepares monthly physician bonus accrual journal entries

Prepares physician pay rate sheets

Checks physician payroll journal lines

Prepares monthly reports for regional offices

Assist in 1099 processing

Filing

Ad hoc requests

Any other duties as assigned at the discretion of Management

Qualifications

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

Experience

Minimum 2 years previous accounting experience; 1 year previous Physician Payroll experience

Requirements

Good oral and written communication skills

Good organizational and time management skills

Must work well with others

Very detail oriented individual

Proficient with 10 key

Job requires a high level of mental awareness
