This position supports users of the Plan Service Center (PSC) and PartnerLink ® websites by provisioning user IDs, setting up access to the To Do List and establishing bank account information. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting access issues and id maintenance.

Troubleshoot access issue requests that are submitted via email, phone call or in person.
Communicate clearly and concisely using effective written and verbal skills.
Adhere to established time service standards.
Work independently as well as within a team environment.
Manage multiple tasks. These tasks include: contact person of the day, client emails, AR Tickets and internal requests.
Reach and maintain the standard Security productivity and quality levels.
Identify, comprehend, and resolve critical issues. Demonstrate initiative to solve problems independently.
Preferred qualifications include:
Associates degree or equivalent related experience
Superior customer services skills
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products and operating systems
Strong organization skills
Strong attention to detail
Proficient typing skills
