Planner / Scheduler / Requisitioner (R13-002)
Enhance the efficiency of the site work at PGE's Coyote Springs Power Plant (Boardman, Oregon) by providing planning and scheduling for designated outages and significant site projects. Ensure quality reporting of work by reviewing work progress, data entries, and closing out work orders. Facilitate availability of materials and services by preparing requisitions for materials and services and coordinating their storage and disposition.
Top candidates will have:
Thorough knowledge of contracts, agreements, conditions, resolutions and legal functions.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in power plant, or similar industrial environment, maintenance, operations, warehousing, and other plant functions.
Knowledge of purchasing, receiving, inventory, warehouse procedures and processes.
Working knowledge and competency in multiple personal computer applications including Maximo, PeopleSoft, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Outlook.
Ability to learn and understand technical plant processes and equipment in order to facilitate accurate reporting, efficient purchasing and participation in achieving plant goals.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills for technical and administrative matters.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to be an integral part of the plant team.
