The Customer Service Specialist is a great position to start your career with Pacific Sales! Our Specialists are responsible for ensuring efficient, friendly and accurate processing for all Pacific Sales customer transactions. The specialist will learn to manage all aspects of customer service operations and processes. Must be self-motivated to ensure superior customer service. Our customer serivce department ensures profitability through correct use of store systems and processes and cascades this knowledge throughout the store. Accountable for Confidentiality and security of customer information.
Skills & Knowledge
- offers a prompt, friendly greeting to customers upon entering the store; Assists customers at the counter or on the phone with their transactions and/or questions; Recaps the customer's sales order for accuracy. Above Expectations or Outstanding ratings must be for a CS Specialist who is a designated trainer in the store, able to share and teach others with an Expert skill level & knowledge in company policies, procedures, computer system and resources in order to serve our customers
- Processing transactions efficiently through the system: Completing accurate bank deposit procedures; Working daily reports as directed including: Calling Report - contact customers when product is in to set up delivery or will call, Refund Report - process cancelled orders to refund money to customers. To receive an Above Expectations or Outstanding rating must be a designated trainer in the store and/or district with travel to/from New Store Openings to help train on site.

High School Diploma or Equivalent
1 year customer service experience
Demonstrated successful problem resolution skills
Demonstrated customer service focus and strong communication skills
6 months experience using Microsoft Office in a professional setting
