DESCRIPTION

The Player Services Representative shall be responsible for the duties and functions of Club Soboba, box office, promotions, special events, group tours and guest services. They are expected to encourage casino guest participation in Player Services, explain all games and special events, and ensure a positive and friendly atmosphere along with supplying excellent customer service to all Soboba Casino guests.

DUTIES

  • Greet all guests with great customer service.
  • Explain Club Soboba to all customers in detail and motivate guests to join club.
  • Input all new members into computer and print players card
  • Reprint lost or stolen cards.
  • Handle all point redemptions for cash or comps.
  • Register all participants in any promotions or drawings and explain rules.
  • Distribute all merchandise for promotional purposes or giveaways.
  • Prepares Box Office tickets, take telephone and walk-up reservations / sales, accept cash and credit card payments, process "will call", tribal requests and Castello requests, and maintain appropriate records.
  • Must be well versed on property events and able to relay it to our customers.
  • Meet and greet incoming and departing groups / tour buses, enroll charter members, record head counts on arriving buses, distribute coupons and encourage card usage while working in cooperation with the Transportation Coordinator.
  • Capable of handling routine customer complaints and incidents while exhibiting the appropriate discretion in identifying situations that require the attention of a supervisor.
  • Special projects as assigned by Management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Typing and Data Entry ability. Sitting and telephone use. Computer knowledge. Basic accounting skills. Excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to work weekends.
