DESCRIPTION

Current Vacancy - Immediate Start (February 1).
ABN Technologies is seeking an Information Assurance (IA) Policy Technical Writer w/ Security+ and one secondary Cisco, CompTIA, or MS certification (IAT Level II).

DUTIES

Responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and writing Information Assurance (IA) policy.
  • Writing policies that have a broad impact on the way each computer user does business, how the network is protected, how the internal organization will operate, and how to maintain network compliance.
  • Development of plans and milestones for correcting deficiencies on the network.
  • Documentation to support accreditation of the local network.
  • Development of artifacts required by the DIACAP process, which will be reviewed by network engineers and leadership, and submitted to Department of Defense.
  • Other system administration areas will include router testing, CCNA security policy, and knowledge of STIGS, threat, & vulnerability documentation.
QUALIFICATIONS

MUST HAVE:
3+ years' work experience with technology & systems that can include: automation equipment troubleshooting, systems analysis, hardware installation and maintenance, software testing, software installation and maintenance, network installation and maintenance, database administration/design, or project management.
  • SECRET security clearance (FINAL)
  • Current Security+ Certification
  • IA knowledge and strong writing skills
PLUSSES:
  • Cisco &/or Microsoft Certified: Baseline and Computing Environment Certification (CE), MCITP, Server Administrator 2008,
  • MIS degree
