A Postdoctoral Fellow position is available in the Lymphoma Biology laboratory, a new research group in the Department of Medicine at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health. The successful candidate will join a program of translational research focusing on B-cell lymphomas ( http://www2.medicine.wisc.edu/home/people-search/people/staff/4456/Rui_Lixin/ ) . The lab employs a multidisciplinary approach, using biochemistry, RNA interference, DNA microarray, next-generation sequencing, and systems biology methods, to understand how Janus kinase signaling contributes to lymphomagenesis, with an outlook on therapeutic applications. The successful candidate will have access to a highly dynamic and stimulating working environment, state-of-the-art facilities, and expert technical support.

The successful applicant should be highly motivated, enthusiastic, with experience in molecular and cellular biology, and have or expected to obtain a Ph.D. or M.D shortly in a related area.
