The Pre-Auction Coordinator will become an integral part of the Residential Auction Disposition Group within Auction.com, LLC (the “Company”). Primary responsibility will be to facilitate the residential foreclosure real estate operations prior to a given auction campaign. The Pre-Auction Coordinator will manage a portfolio of assets and manage/collect data as it comes in through different communication channels.
All areas of responsibility listed below are essential to the satisfactory performance of this position by any/all incumbents, with reasonable accommodation, if necessary. Any non-essential functions are assumed to be other related duties as assigned.
Coordinate Open houses, property data, foot traffic and images with the managing agents.
Track progress and status of each asset as assigned per campaign(s) and or seller(s).
Facilitate and reconcile reports with Asset Manager, Seller/Outsourcer and Client Operations.
Assist with day to day operations of Pre-Auction Department.
Problem Solve and seek out new solutions to issues and/or work a rounds.
Escalate concerns to the appropriate parties with clear and concise information and details.
Act as Liaison between (Agents) and Asset Manager.
Maintain knowledge of individual Sellers process and requirements.
Establish and maintain strong, effective working relationships with Agent and Outsourcer contacts.
Demonstrates professional behavior and teamwork, is punctual, dependable and adheres to Company policies and procedures.
Accepts other duties as assigned and is a “team player”.
Ability to work necessary hours to ensure success.

Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Real Estate Owned (REO) operations experience.
One (1) or more years of Real Estate experience preferred.
Strong working knowledge of real estate sales, valuation, marketing, maintenance, and closing.
Experience in diverse markets with varying portfolio types and volumes.
Ability to motivate and direct Agents.
Strong analytical skills with Excel experience.
Ability to change direction and process at any given time.
Ability to work independently on assigned tasks as well as to accept direction on given assignments.
Ability to present a professional image and demeanor to internal and external customers.
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers. Possess exceptional interpersonal communication skills.
Demonstration of organizational skills and ability to handle confidential material.
