The Pre-Construction Manager is responsible for managing the delivery of preconstruction services for projects, providing input, coordination and problem solving, at all stages of design The Pre-Construction Manager is charged with guiding projects through the preconstruction / design phase, while maintaining each project’s desired program, scope, and quality, to ensure effective schedule and cost control. This position may require overnight travel one to two times a month on average.
•Bachelor’s degree in Building Science or Civil Engineering (four year college or university) required
•Five to seven years related experience required
