The Premium Audit Department is looking to add a Premium Audit Associate. Our team produces accurate and timely billings, and acts as a customer service representative between the Company and the insured/ agent.
Claim" your role.
Our Premium Audit Associate is a person who can represent the Audit team and excel in a team-oriented environment. You are well organized, you have the ability to multi-task, and are able to provide technical support to the billing function insuring accurate and timely billings.
- Reviews physical audits from auditors and prepares them for billing.
- Corresponds with auditors, insureds', agents and Underwriting audit findings.
- Communicates with bureaus including the setup of test audit material.
- Reviews, updates Nexus inventory system.
- Assists in all other aspects of the departmental workflow.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports or legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups and/or boards of directors.Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
