Responsibilities include setting up the prep cook station, preparing food for the buffet, maintaining a clean work environment, assisting the chef in tasks as needed, and maintaining consistent quality by following recipes. Must be able to function in a fast-paced environment, have prior food prep experience, knife skills, and possess a good attitude towards fellow employees. Applicant should be a self-motivator that does not mind working alone on projects. Need to be able to follow cleaning charts, prep lists, sanitation procedures and quality checks. Must be 17 years or older to apply. All pre-season training is mandatory. Full-time and part-time positions available.
