In this role of Presales Consultant, you will provide clients and colleagues with technical product advice and product demonstration support during pre-sales discussions. Responsibilities include solution's sales support problems and answering detailed product questions either internally or through client-facing interactions. As a Presales Consultant based out of your home office, you will travel up to 50% to assist the sales team in prospecting and closing sales in the medium to large enterprise space. Experience preferably with Dynamics CRM 2011 and various integration platforms will enable you to hit the ground running. While Microsoft Dynamics product experience is preferred it may not be essential. You will work directly with vendors, partners and direct sales to ensure optimum system solutions are provided to clients, including development of processes and systems to provide quick yet thorough responses to client Requests for Proposals. You will also assist in limited post-sales consulting. The ability to resolve technical questions and your strong presentation and communication skills will serve you well as you deliver in-person and/or virtual sales demonstrations to prospective clients.
