Provides direct advising to the Panhellenic Council, Greek student leaders, and the community service student council; insures compliance with UNI and Greek Life policies and procedures, and with all University, State, federal and local regulations and risk management policies and guidelines; provides oversight for Greek community events; provides budget and programmatic oversight for community service council events; and assists general student organizations with event planning, organizational development, and administrative issues.
Bachelor's degree in education, social sciences, administration, or a related field required.
At least one year of community service and/or Greek Life programming experience in a higher education setting required. Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills also required. Student experience will be considered.
Master's degree in student personnel, higher education administration or other related field plus at least one year of advising experience at the graduate assistant or professional level preferred. Frequent evening and weekend hours and occasional travel necessary.
