Pricing & Strategy Analyst
Pricing & Strategy Analyst supports Aftermarket Parts and Finance management in reference to pricing strategy, analysis of financial plans and organizational performance and strategic financial planning analysis. The Pricing & Strategy Analyst reports to the Manager of FP&A.
Responsibilities to Include:
•Develop and implement competitive pricing strategy for aftermarket parts and accessories using extensive market research, dealer surveys, and market trends.
•Research and provide recommendations on entering new markets/products.
• Develop monthly, quarterly and annual financial forecasts.
•Update and report out on MOR metrics and countermeasures.
•Develop financial policies and procedures.
•Conduct financial analysis of Parts Value Stream.
•Evaluate and compile monthly profitability reporting.
•Participation in development of annual and strategic financial plans.
•Perform special ad hoc projects to support senior management.
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
•MBA/CPA (or willingness to pursue) desirable.
•2-4 years experience in Financial Planning and Analysis practices.
•Must be energetic, self-motivated and team oriented.
•Willingness to work the necessary time to meet reporting requirements.
•Manufacturing experience a plus.
•Hyperion and SAP experience a plus.
•Must be proficient with MS Office including EXCEL.
•Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
•Possess strong technical skills.
•Understand and create economic analysis using concepts such as DCF and EVA.
• Possess a high level of computer skills to facilitate: creating financial models, databases, pivot tables, etc.
