We are searching for an innovative, data-driven, and client-focused Principal or Senior Analyst/Consultant to play a leading role in our Continuing Education and Online Higher Education practice. This is an exciting professional growth opportunity for adult education professionals seeking to apply their experience at a fast-paced, professional consulting and advisory services organization. The successful candidate will design and implement industry-leading research and play a leadership role in consulting engagements serving director-level administrators in online and continuing education operations, strategic growth initiatives, and new program development at public and private universities across the country. The Principal Analyst/Consultant will advise clients in areas including market trends and regulatory challenges to the adult learner market, online growth strategy, improving performance management and operational efficiency, developing new programs and markets, and implementing best practices in pedagogy and student services for adult learners. This role provides an opportunity for candidates to broaden their expertise and accelerate their career by working with leaders at a broad range of institutions, developing and applying advisory tools and services that meet both the needs of individual clients and the overall profession.
Key responsibilities of the Principal Analyst/Consultant role include, but are not limited to, the following:
Working directly with clients to advise them on key strategic and operational decisions
Developing cutting-edge tools and advisory services for continuing and online higher education professionals
Designing and executing an annual thought leadership agenda, including actionable major investigations, an annual client conference, and regular webinars on the topics of greatest importance to the profession
Managing research and data collection to analyze key trends and challenges facing leaders in adult higher education
Mentoring junior researchers and consultants and providing guidance on industry-specific issues
Developing and nurturing client relationships
Representing Eduventures at industry events and to the media
Bachelor's degree; graduate credential preferred
Seven to 10 years relevant experience at a higher education institution or vendor serving the adult learner market
Strong analytical abilities and aptitude for using data to inform decision-making
Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
Exceptional writing and presentation skills; ability to scope and frame issues
A business-oriented mindset
Well-developed client management skills
Strong project management skills and ability to execute and deliver high quality and on-time research
