    • Estimate and plan for information systems future requirements
    • Represent Applications Support by attending Change Management meetings
    • Experience working with Data Center Support
    • Experience working with Managed Service Relationships
    • Experience in support of ERP, Data Warehouse and enterprise Applications
    • Ability to work under general direction

    • Implement Commercial applications on various technical platforms
    • Maintain the applications and environments with updates and patches
    • Manage the day to day operations of the application environments
    • Integrate the applications with security authentication software (LDAP) and single sign-on
    • Troubleshoot performance and availability issues in the application environments
    • Work with the application suppliers to support the solution and troubleshoot issues
    • Requires participation in an off-hours support calls Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent experience
    • Must possess an understanding of the business function(s)/process(s) supported.
    • Supporting business applications within IT organization required 3-5 years
    • Excellent knowledge of systems project work 3-5 years
    • Experience managing Enterprise Application implementations 1-3 years
    • Vendor Management Experience preferred
    • Enterprise Applications Support experience required. 3-5 years
