The candidate will act as system owner providing technical (strategic and tactical) oversight of HR systems, data, metrics, analytics, projects, procedures and reports for our SuccessFactors Compensation module. This position will also play a critical role in the upgrade and conversion of our current Learning

and Performance modules to the SuccessFactors modules in 2013.

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:
Manages the change control process ensuring changes are evaluated and approved prior to implementation including quarterly system updates provided by vendor

Coordinates with vendor to manage performance and service level agreements and act as a primary technical liaison

Implementing system-wide configuration changes

Administering system security and user access

Partnering with functional owners to manage functional configuration

Leading evaluation, selection and implementation of new system functionality

Providing support for integrations between multiple HR systems with end to end global focus. Work with IT to troubleshoot integration issues with complex integrations.

Creates and maintains functional system documentation regarding high level data flows, program configuration, program and business process flows, and other documentation to clarify and preserve system knowledge.

Provides end-user technical support.

Performs other duties as required


EDUCATION: Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field.

5 years related Human Resources


technology including experience in areas of system administration and vendor management.

Experience with HRIS, report writing software, talent management systems, learning management systems, and/or time and attendance systems preferred.

Experience upgrading/converting HRIS systems and implementing technological process improvements to create efficiencies preferred.

Demonstrated ability to analyze information, document conclusions, and develop recommendations.

Excellent facilitation, communications and writing skills.

Proficiency in Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Visio, Access, Word, Project and Outlook.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented, has superior verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational and prioritization skills, able to work independently and can maintain professionalism under pressure. Ideal candidate is able to anticipate issues, and proactively implement solutions to improve the customer experience.
