The Process Engineer role is highly visible and challenging and you will be responsible for technical support and process expertise for key plant technologies; establishing operating equipment specifications; improving manufacturing techniques; and specifying and introducing new process equipment to production. You will work closely with Product Development Engineers, Quality Engineers and Production personnel to produce quality products effectively at minimum cost. You may have the opportunity to direct project teams including technicians and other engineers. Your involvement in the business will make an impact!


Required Skills and Knowledge:

We are looking for someone with a BS Degree in an Engineering discipline, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, and knowledge of manufacturing processes including metal forming, grinding, electrochemical finishing, molding, packaging & automation. You need to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well.

Preferred Skills and Knowledge:

Additional skills and knowledge that are valuable to the position include troubleshooting and analytical skills; project leadership; proven problem solving techniques such as: LEAN, DOE’s, statistical analysis, Six Sigma methodology. At least three years’ experience in process engineering, preferably in a medical device environment, is preferable.
